For what exactly do I get a commission and how much?
You get 3% commission for every successful sale.

How do you know that a customer buying at your shop came through one of my affiliate links?
The affiliate links contain your affiliate ID and a cookie is set on the computer of the potential customer. So even if the customer comes back to order up to 2 days after the clickthrough from your website, the sale will be credited to your affiliate account.

Do I also get a "commission" for my own orders at your shop?
Yes, you can use your own affiliate links to buy at our shop effectively at a discount equalling the commission rate.

How can I find out whether customers coming through my website have actually bought something at your shop?
You can check this out in the Affiliate Report section under Sales Report. Your Affiliate Summary also shows the number of impressions of your ads and the number of clickthroughs.

When will I receive my money?
Your commision will be billed only 30 days after shipping an order. This is to allow for possible cancellations and returns. Please also take note that affiliate payments will only be initiated after your affiliate account balance reaches a minimum of €50.

The Sales Report says that a clickthrough from my site has yielded a transaction at your shop. Why then my "Affiliate Payments" still show €0.00?
Your commission will be credited to your affiliate account only 30 days after shipping. Only then it will show in the Affiliate Payment Report.
