We usually ship with DHL, or Deutsche Post, to the residential or business address of your choice, or a DHL Packing Station.

Delivery times are usually between 1 and 3 business days from the day of receipt of your payment.

If you need an item urgently we can also ship by DHL Express against payment of the applicable extra fees. Please contact us for details.

Shipping fees include insurance of the full value of your item against possible theft or damage while in transit.

We do not accept Cash-on-delivery payment for orders shipping to addresses outside Germany.

Shipping times

Shipping with DHL to European countries takes 2-5 working days from the day after receipt of payment. Insured letters can take longer.

V.A.T. (Mehrwertsteuer)

Delivery to Switzerland, Andorra, Norway, Liechtenstein is VAT-free. Note however that any taxes and duties payable are the resposibility of the customer.
