Kirk has combined a 7.500 inch-long dual dove tailed plate along with an Arca-style dual quick release platform to create a special tool we call the multi position rail. The dual quick release will allow you to orient for collared lenses or camera bodies and allows you to mount anywhere along the rail to find your perfect nodal point for the equipment you use in the field. The rail has a laser engraved reference scale on the sides and top.

This product is great for use in panoramic and macro photography.
