The Leofoto FA-15 adapter is part of the Flash Adapter [FA] collection from Leofoto. The two possible mounting options provide flexibility. Either screw the tiltable adapter onto a 1/4" UNC- connection or slide the adapter into a cold shoe mount. The head can be fixed at any angle with the included Allen wrench. The top includes a V-quick release clamp for attaching the FA-10 accessory shoe quick release plate.
The special V-shaped bottom makes it easy to slide the FA-10 quick release plate onto an FA-15 V-clamp. By pushing the gray lever down, you can immediately remove the quick release plate including accessories.
The FA-15 is supplied with the FA-10 quick-release plate as standard. If you want a quick release plate with a ¼-inch screw thread instead of an accessory shoe, you can use the Leofoto FA-11 quick release plate, sold separately.

FA-01 to FA-09 are conventional adapters that you use to attach the accessory to the adapter. The FA-12 to FA-16 adapters can be combined with small handy quick-release plates (FA-10 and FA-11) so that you can remove the accessories even faster and easier. This means that flashes, microphones, LED panels and action cameras can also be equipped with a quick-release system.
