Lightweight and stable carbon tripods are becoming increasingly popular, and not just among photographers and nature observers. Hunters and sport shooters also appreciate the advantage of this material and its transportable weight.

That's why Leofoto has developed the SA series, a series of tripods specifically designed for shooters. The biggest advantage of these tripods is the combined mount for weapons with a Picatinny rail and for plates with the Arca-Swiss standard.

This tripod offers a maximum load capacity of 25kg. It can be adjusted from a position close to the ground with a height of 16.5 cm up to a height of 165 cm. The height can be changed quickly using the twist locks. Thanks to the four segments, it offers an amazingly short pack size of 63 cm.

The MA-30L tripod head offers a generous panning range in all directions and moving along with passing game is no problem. The integrated spirit level helps with the horizontal alignment of the weapon. Weapons can be mounted with a Picatinny rail on the forend or an Arca-Swiss adapter plate. The 30mm diameter ball offers sufficient stability even for large and fast calibers.

In contrast to the MA-30, the MA-30L has a quick-release lever and only a small clamping screw for preload. This allows the weapon to be removed even more quickly and minimizes the risk of accidental release.
