The modular replacement foot is available in various designs.
The replacement foot for Canon telephoto lenses with EF or RF mounts and Sony FE telephoto lenses is a true all-rounder. The base can be moved on the plate depending on the desired center of gravity, ensuring that your camera-lens combination sits perfectly on the tripod head.
The idea for the modular design consisting of a base and plate existed before. However, since replacement feet made from a single piece did not meet all our requirements, we chose this design and implemented it in a fresh and new way. This means that the replacement foot can be fully adapted to individual requirements in terms of the position of the lens above the dovetail plate. Depending on whether a heavy camera with a battery grip or a lighter one without it is mounted on the lens, or whether you prefer to work with or without a teleconverter, the base can be mounted in the optimal position above the plate, as it can be moved along the entire length of the plate.
The modular replacement base comes with everything you need to mount it on your lens:
- Lens socket OS-C-T for Canon EF/RF & Sony FE telephoto lenses
