Especially in nature and wildlife photography, this throw-over helps you work more discreetly and get closer to your subject without startling animals through movement or reflections.
Weatherproof, proven fabric for outdoor use
The material is made from a proven waterproof fabric that is also used for the LensCoat rain covers. It is lightweight, quiet, waterproof and breathable. Sealed seams support reliable use in changeable weather and make this camouflage throw-over a well-thought-out solution for longer assignments in the field.
Comfortable use while sitting or standing
The camouflage throw-over can be used both while sitting and standing. A plastic window with camouflage mesh is integrated into the hood, allowing you to observe your surroundings while your face remains hidden. At the same time, the viewing window also protects against mosquitoes and other insects. If necessary, the window can be opened, for example for using binoculars or for optimally positioning a flash unit.
Practical features for operation, front opening and flash use
Since the fabric rests on your head and the lens, you can move your hands underneath and operate the camera and lens without attracting attention through conspicuous movements. The cloak can be opened and closed along its entire length at the front using hook-and-loop fasteners. In addition, a slit with hook-and-loop fastener is integrated at the top for external use of a flash unit.
