Realtree Max5 for discreet nature photography
The Realtree Max5 color variant is particularly suitable for reed beds, shore areas, wetlands, and other bright natural settings with beige-brown structures. The pattern helps make the contours of the equipment appear more unobtrusive, which can be a practical advantage especially in wildlife and nature photography.
More comfortable handling in cold conditions
The neoprene not only protects against impacts and scratches, but also provides additional insulation. This makes the lens more comfortable to hold at low temperatures. If you are shooting outdoors for extended periods, this improves comfort and supports safe handling.
Thoughtful cutouts for operation
A transparent plastic window over the autofocus and image stabilizer switches as well as over the distance scale ensures that important information and controls remain visible. An opening over the red dot also makes it easier to quickly mount the lens on the camera.
Additional protection for the extended zoom range
This version includes an additional segment for the moving zoom section. This keeps the lens protected and neatly covered even when fully extended. The segment can be quickly attached with a hook-and-loop fastener and just as easily removed when needed.
Material and design
The LensCoat™ telephoto lens cover made of neoprene protects your valuable lens from impacts and scratches. The camouflage helps break up the contours of the lens so that it is less conspicuous to animals.
In addition, the cover provides an insulating function that makes handling the lens in extreme cold more comfortable.
The cover has a transparent plastic window over the autofocus and image stabilizer switches as well as the distance scale.
The opening over the red dot for easy mounting of the lens on the camera is also very helpful.
This cover includes an additional segment for the moving zoom section of the lens so that it is also camouflaged and protected when fully extended. This additional element can be quickly attached with the hook-and-loop fastener and just as easily removed when not in use.
Other elements included in the scope of delivery (not shown) make it possible to cover the camera side when using the lens with a tripod collar.
