If you’re looking for a tripod that doesn’t get nervous at the first contact with splashing water, the Leofoto LP-284C from the Poseidon series is a pretty good fit. It’s a classic three-legged tripod and comes as a set with a head, namely the LH-30 ball head. We see its strengths especially where things need to be practical: when travelling, for reportage work, outdoors in the landscape, and also when you really want to work close to the ground. Working heights from 16 cm to 129 cm, without hassle

LH-30 ball head and Arca-style compatible quick-release clamp
The LH-30 ball head is included in the set, so you get a tripod with head, just the way you want it when things need to be quick. According to the manufacturer, the clamp accepts a Arca-style compatible 38 mm dovetail mount.
