It belongs to the regular foot option and is factory-supplied with every Ascend and TFCX tripod. If one of your feet is worn out or has simply disappeared, this is exactly the part that will once again ensure a stable stand. No frills, just a perfect fit.
Compact rubber foot for Series 1 Ascend 14 and TFCX 13
The size is important, because not every foot fits every tripod. This smaller rubber foot is specifically designed for the compact Series 1 models, namely for Ascend 14 and TFCX 13. It is also compatible with the TQC 14 Compact Tripod. If you use exactly one of these tripods, the TA-1-FB will fit exactly as it should. No wobbling, no “it’ll do somehow”.
One-piece spare part with 3/8 inch 16 stainless steel threaded stud
You get a replacement rubber ball foot, meaning a one-piece foot without assembled parts that could come loose. For mounting, a 3/8 inch 16 threaded stainless steel stud is integrated, i.e. a stainless steel threaded stud in the common tripod standard. This allows the foot to be securely attached, and stainless steel is simply practical in everyday use because it remains robust even when things get damp or dusty.
