Really Right Stuff B2-FABN-Micro: Mini-Clamp

The RRS B2-FABN Micro clamp is the perfect strap accessory for RRS plates. Attach your favorite strap to the clamp, then mount the clamp to any of your RRS plates. Straps can be attached to the clamp in one of three ways:

Use the centered QD socket (compatible with all industry standard push-button QD mounts). Try our favorite QD Sling Strap or buy a QD Swivel Mount and use your own strap.
Thread your strap directly through the strap lugs
Screw your strap's ¼"-20 swivel or strap attachment point into one of the two ¼" sockets

The RRS B2-FABN Micro clamp makes it quick & easy to attach and remove almost any strap to your RRS plates.

Two strap lugs accommodate straps up to 5/8" (16mm) wide and 1/8" (3mm) thick
Clamp mounts to any RRS-style plate or rail
Two ¼"-20 sockets accept ¼"-20 swivel or strap attachment hardware
Captive clamp knob is contoured for grip and stops at maximum opening
Pro-style knob locks securely onto most 38 mm Dovetail style plates
Integrated Steel QD Socket supports up to 25 lbs
Two ¼-20 tapped sockets allow clamp to be used in a variety of applications
Two strap bosses can accept straps up to 5/8 wide

This clamp features a fully integrated Quick Disconnect (QD) mounting system. This allows users the ability to rapidly mount or dismount a support strap system from the clamp. QD release systems are a professionally proven system with many already existing third party options, offering a robust 50lbs load capacity when used with RRS quick release plates.
