Function against stray light

Mounting and materials
Mounting is quick and easy by sliding it onto the clamping profile, with a special self-latching quick-change mechanism guaranteeing a firm and secure hold of the eyecup on your camera. The model for Nikon round eyepieces is screwed on. Depending on the model, the quick-change clamp or screw thread and the inner ring of the viewfinder are made of either metal or plastic. The actual cup is made of rubber.
Right or left eye use
The HoodEYE eyecup is suitable for use with either the right or left eye thanks to the rotatable rubber cup.
