This is how the return works
1. Register your return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by email, live chat or our Contact form.
2. Return shipment
Pack the items securely, including the complete scope of delivery, and seal the box well.
Frank the parcel sufficiently. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent unpaid.
Drop off the parcel promptly after registering the return at the nearest branch of a shipping service provider of your choice.
