If you are determined to return certain items, you can do so in three easy steps:
1. Register Return
Register within 14 days after receiving the goods by email, in the live chat, or our Contact form.
2. Return
Pack the items securely, including the complete delivery contents, and seal the box well.
Sufficiently frank the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent without postage.
Drop off the package promptly after registering the return at the nearest branch of a shipping service provider of your choice.
3. Inspection & Refund
Once the return has arrived with us, it will be inspected by our team.
If everything is in order, we will refund your money.
