The Wimberley telephoto head WH-200 can also be mounted directly without additional risers.

If you do need a little more height or flexibility, you can easily add a suitable riser or another tripod head with a 3/8 inch thread. Compatibility with standard tripod threads gives you a lot of flexibility here.
