Leofoto CF-6 thread adapter
Application and Purpose
The CF-6 thread adapter can be used to connect two tripod accessories that both have a threaded hole.
Thread Design and Conversion
One side has a UNC ¼-inch thread and the other side has a 3/8-inch thread. The ¼-inch thread can be converted into a 3/8-inch thread using the supplied thread adapter.
Example of Use
This allows you, for example, to mount a mini ball head on a clamp or lens rail.
Base Plate Dimensions
The round base plate has a diameter of 30 mm.
Fixing and Tightening
A small hex key can be used to tighten the screw extra firmly.
Weight and Material
The CF-6 adapter weighs only 15 grams and is CNC-milled from aircraft-grade aluminum.
