Also practical is the clamp, which according to the manufacturer is Arca-style compatible, with a 38 mm dovetail. Down below, at the feet, the LSR-284C is flexible as well: the foot thread is a 3/8 UNC internal thread. Included are three stainless steel spikes for when you need more bite on softer ground. On forest floor, gravel or wet grass, that often makes the difference between “sort of stands” and “really stands”.
