Lightweight construction and high load capacity
The Leofoto LS-364C weighs only 1.77 kg and supports up to 25 kg.
Working height and packed size for on the go
The maximum working height of 148 cm is comfortable, and the short packed size of 54 cm makes it compact.
Usable close to the ground and extensive accessories
Even just above the ground, namely at a minimum height of 80 mm, the tripod cuts a fine figure. But no matter what working height between 8 cm and 148 cm, the Ranger LS-364C easily “shoulders” a very bulky DSLR along with a long telephoto lens. The carbon tripod is supplied in a useful carrying bag, which also holds a multi-tool and a set of stainless-steel spikes. The latter provide more grip, allowing the tripod’s enormous strength to be used even more effectively in rough terrain. The tripod legs are divided into four segments each, which glide very smoothly. The segment diameters of 36, 32, 28 and 25 mm also reveal the strength of this carbon tripod.
Carbon construction and modular concept
The equipment components are intended not only to save space and weight, but also to meet very high demands. Stability under all circumstances – that is the goal. The material, carbon, ensures the required lightness. Its stability and freedom from vibration “grow” with the number of its layers. The LS-364C tripod is made of ten-layer carbon. The deliberately modular design of all tripods in the Leofoto Ranger series – with the center column not built in, but only attached when needed – makes it possible to limit your luggage to the essentials when necessary.
Top plate, locks and interchangeable feet
With their small diameters, the top plates of the Ranger series also follow the space-saving concept. And because they are CNC-milled from strong aircraft aluminum, they are absolutely precise. The head plate screw has a 3/8" thread in each case. The tripod legs, depending on the model made of three to five leg sections each, glide smoothly without twisting. They are locked in place by easy-to-grip, rubberized twist locks. The rubber feet absorb unwanted vibrations. When necessary, they can be replaced with the supplied stainless-steel spikes or optionally available snow and sand feet.
