The SA-404CL offers a maximum load capacity of 25 kg. It can be adjusted from a low position at 16.5 cm in height up to a height of 185 cm. The twist locks allow the height to be changed quickly. Thanks to the four sections, it offers an astonishingly short packed length of 69 cm despite the enormous height.
Adaptation to terrain and stance
The tripod legs can be individually set to three different leg angles: 23°, 55° and 85°. This allows the tripod to be quickly adapted to uneven terrain. The rubber feet can easily be swapped for the supplied spikes.
Tripod head functions and mounting options
The MA-30L tripod head offers a generous panning range in all directions, and tracking moving game is no problem. The integrated spirit level helps with the horizontal alignment of the firearm. Firearms with a Picatinny rail on the fore-end or an Arca-style adapter plate can be mounted. The 30 mm diameter ball provides sufficient stability even for large and fast calibers.
Operation and securing of the clamp
In contrast to the MA-30, the MA-30L has a quick-release lever and only a small clamping screw for the preload. This allows the firearm to be removed even more quickly and minimizes the risk of accidental release.
