With the Really Right Stuff BSL2-LC, you upgrade your RRS BSL2-B base plate to a modular L-solution for your Leica SL2 or Leica SL2-S. The L-component is designed for precise tripod work and is especially helpful when you want to switch quickly between landscape and portrait orientation without unnecessarily shifting the optical axis.

Stable L-component for Leica SL2 and SL2-S

The BSL2-LC is made of robust 6061-T6 aluminum and features a durable Type II black anodized finish. This gives you a long-lasting, torsion-resistant and high-quality addition to your camera setup. The precisely fitting design is not universal, but specifically intended for use with the RRS BSL2-B base plate and compatible Leica SL2 camera bodies.

Arca-style compatible and QD-compatible

The Really Right Stuff BSL2-LC is Arca-style compatible and fits many common 38 mm quick-release clamps. These include, among others, Really Right Stuff screw clamps, Really Right Stuff lever clamps, Wimberley clamps, Kirk clamps, Jobu Design clamps, as well as Arca-style compatible quick-release clamps according to the manufacturer.

Thanks to its QD-compatible design, you can also integrate the L-component effectively into setups with suitable quick-carry or mounting systems. This makes it particularly interesting if you want to use your Leica SL2 or SL2-S flexibly between tripod, carrying system and handheld photography.

Really Right Stuff BSL2-LC with R-Lock safety mechanism

For additional security, the L-component is equipped with the Really Right Stuff R-Lock safety mechanism. This gives you extra control when working with compatible clamps and reduces the risk of unintentional slippage. The laser-engraved sensor center mark also helps you align your camera precisely, for example for panoramic shots, architectural subjects or accurate reproductions.

The BSL2-LC has a modular design and serves as the L-component for the RRS BSL2-B base.
