Core Unit for cine/DV cameras – The Core Unit is sized to accommodate larger cine cameras from RED, Canon and Sony.
Additional depth for setups and drone
The additional depth also makes it ideal for storing ready-to-shoot DSLR or mirrorless video setups, and it can even hold a DJI MAVIC drone standing upright.
Space for large super-telephoto lenses
The insert is large enough to hold cameras with mounted large super-telephoto lenses such as the Canon/Nikon/Sony 600mm f4.
Designed for Action X70 and DV Roller
Built for the Action X70 and the DV Roller – Our XXL DV Core Unit was specifically designed for our X70 backpack. It offers a very generous amount of volume for creatives who need to pack and protect a large amount of gear. With the XXL DV Core Unit, the internal storage space of the Action X70 backpack is fully utilized.
Top access
Top access – The XXL DV Core Unit features a unique top access flap with zipper that allows you to pull a camera with an attached 600mm 4.0 out through the top of the X70, if desired.
Shell: protection and flexible use
Lightweight, water-repellent and versatile shell – The included shell primarily serves as a storage and dust cover for the padded Core Units, ideal when your equipment is at home and not in use. It keeps the Core Unit sealed and dust-free. Its secondary function is use as a packing cell. The user can fill it with clothing or other common items and pack it in their backpack or roller.
Shape retention and load distribution
Supportive frame – The Core Units of the DV series have an additional frame around the edge of the opening. This ensures that the insert keeps its shape and does not collapse when carried in the backpack. The frame adds extra rigidity and support to both the backpack and the insert and helps distribute the weight of heavy loads.
