The Mini Grouse is a quick-assembly hide, combining lightness with discretion. Made from waterproof 150D "oxford" polyester and coated with a black induction layer, it ensures perfect darkness inside, essential for remaining invisible to wildlife. Its ingenious design allows for instant deployment and easy transport, making it indispensable for itinerant photographers.
For enhanced stability, this hide comes with 2 roof poles that slot into mid-height interior corners, arching the roof and raising it by approximately 15 cm. Their use is optional but highly recommended in rainy weather or for prolonged installations to prevent water accumulation. They are also appreciated by taller individuals.
The hide features 4 exterior attachment points at mid-height in each corner for fixing the 4 guylines and pegs provided, as well as straps at the base of the 4 corners for ground anchoring with 4 additional pegs included. For extra camouflage, 12 small cords are sewn to the outside for attaching branches, foliage, or reeds.
An internal pocket is positioned on one of the four sides of the hide, ideal for storing unused window modules or any other lightweight accessories.
The hide comes with detailed instructions for folding it away.

Modular Shooting Windows:
- Main Door: Unique and equipped with a thick zip, it opens and closes from both inside and outside. It can be half-opened to create a large mesh window with an integrated sleeve for passing your telephoto lens.
- Opportunistic Side Windows: The two side panels feature discreet zip windows. Ideal for quick shots when an animal approaches from the sides, they are composed of a zip-up blackout section and a zip-up mesh section with a central slit.
Modular Main Front:
- Versatile Tripod Passage Opening: Allows for ground-level shooting and the use of a spotting scope with a 45° eyepiece for digiscoping. This opening features a 4-slider zip: two central sliders create the opening for a tripod leg, a lower slider creates an inverted T-shaped window 15 cm from the ground, and an upper slider for a T-shaped window ideal for using a 45° angled spotting scope while comfortably seated.
- Main Opening for Sleeves: A large, fully zipped and modular opening that can be raised by a cord system, integrates a wide blackout sleeve. The upper part of the sleeve opens via a zip to create a small observation window. When the main flap is fully open, a mesh sleeve can be installed and fixed with 4 hooks. This new, wider opening will be particularly appreciated by videographers.
