JJC DLP-1II Lens Pouch Deluxe Lens Pouch 75 x 100 mm

JJC DLP-1II Lens Case Deluxe Lens Pouch 75 x 100 mm, compact protection for your interchangeable lens

Sometimes you don’t need a huge camera bag at all, just a solid, small lens case that offers reliable protection and doesn’t get in the way. This is exactly where the JJC DLP-1II Deluxe Lens Pouch with its compact internal dimensions of 75 x 100 x 78 mm comes into play. It is tailored to short to medium interchangeable lenses and holds your glass so that it doesn’t rattle, doesn’t rub, and above all doesn’t fly around unprotected when you’re on the move.

Weighing only 135 g, the case remains pleasantly light, even if you carry it on your belt, over your shoulder or in your hand all day. Externally it measures 100 x 129 x 100 mm, with an outer diameter of 100 mm and a height of 129 mm. Inside you have a diameter of 75 mm and a usable height of 100 mm, which is ideal for many standard zooms, prime lenses and compact zoom lenses.

Versatile carrying options for everyday use, travel and work

Things get interesting when you actually use the case in the field. You can use it in the classic way with the supplied shoulder strap, which is attached to the sturdy D-rings. This way your lens hangs at your side, quickly within reach, without you constantly having to rummage around in your backpack.

Additionally, there is a practical handle, which is particularly useful if you are travelling light or want to quickly carry the case from A to B. And if you prefer to be hands free, simply attach the JJC DLP-1II to your belt using the tried-and-tested hook-and-loop fastener. This basically gives you three transport options to choose from, depending on the situation, your mood and your setup.

Robust protection against dirt, moisture and impacts

The case is made of durable polyester that has proven itself in photography for years. The outer material is water-repellent, so splashes, light rain or dust do not reach your lens directly. Of course, this does not replace a waterproof diving housing, but for a typical city stroll, a reportage in drizzle or a walk in the park it is absolutely sufficient.

Inside, padding of around 10 mm ensures that your lens is protected against impacts and vibrations. If the bag is set down a bit roughly or something shifts in the car, the padding reliably absorbs these minor everyday mishaps. This keeps the glass where it belongs and relieves the sensitive mechanics.

Secure closure with lockable zippers

One detail that is easily underestimated: the zippers. On the JJC DLP-1II they are designed so that you can lock them if necessary. This provides an extra sense of security, especially when you are in crowded city centres, at events or travelling. No one will “just quickly” open the case unnoticed.

The lid opens wide so you can quickly remove or stow your lens. At the same time, it closes in such a way that dust and dirt can’t simply blow inside. It’s one of those small details that makes a difference in everyday use.

Space for one interchangeable lens and small accessories

The JJC DLP-1II is primarily designed for a single interchangeable lens. This is intentional so that the lens does not rub against or bump into other items. In the lid you will also find a mesh pocket where you can store small items. Typical candidates are lens caps, memory cards, a small microfiber cloth or even a filter in a flat case.

This way you have everything you need for a quick lens change in one place. No searching, no fumbling around in pockets that are too deep. Just open it, take out the lens, briefly put the cap in the mesh pocket, done.
