Single-axis tilt head for heavy telephoto lenses on a monopod
With the MH-01 LR, RRS has developed a single-axis tilt head that supports the heaviest telephoto lenses easily and comfortably on a monopod. The high load capacity is made possible, among other things, by the clamping axis, which is mounted separately from the tilt axis.

- Laser-engraved reference scale
- Change of clamp orientation with a single 5/32"-hex key
- 180° tilt range
- Tilt lock with nylon braking system and a load capacity of 34 kg
- Oversized tilt locking knob for easy handling and operation
- 3/8"-16 female thread at the base
- Self-adjusting lever clamp for all RRS/Arca-compatible plates (except Arca-style P0 Slidefix plates and plates from Novoflex)
