You can attach an optionally available, adjustable camera strap to these, which transfers the weight of your camera to the shoulder straps. This significantly relieves your neck, especially if you like to carry the camera ready to hand in front of your chest instead of constantly stowing it in the backpack.

The backpack itself is designed to handle up to 20 kg of gear on your back without any problem.
