If you want to convert your Manfrotto or selected Gitzo tripod head to a 38 mm quick-release clamp, you will find a precisely fitting solution here for a clean changeover to the Arca-style-like 38 mm clamping profile. This lets you use compatible knurled and lever-release clamps much more flexibly and expand your tripod setup for nature photography, telephoto lenses, video work, and precise work on a tripod.
Advantages of the 38 mm clamping profile in use
The conversion gives you access to many quick-release options from Really Right Stuff, Wimberley, Kirk, or Berlebach. The twist-proof design ensures that adapter and clamp engage cleanly in the intended recesses. This creates a stable, practical connection for daily use in photo and video work.

The design fits Manfrotto tripod heads with the corresponding mounting boss as shown in the product images. Mounting is supported, among others, on the following heads:
