LensCoat lens cover for Canon EF 500mm f/4 L IS - Realtree AP Snow
Suitable for Canon EF 500mm f/4 L IS USM
The Realtree AP Snow version is tailored to the Canon EF 500mm f/4 L IS USM. The cover is custom-made, consists of elements made of cushioning neoprene and does not fit any other lens models. This gives you premium protection for your lens, which reliably protects against impacts and scratches in tough outdoor use and is also beneficial for resale value.
Full operability in use
The segmented design to maintain full functionality of the lens ensures that the cover fits neatly without covering important areas. A transparent plastic window lies over the autofocus and image stabilizer switches as well as over the distance scale. This means in practical use: controls remain accessible. On the last segment there is also an opening above the red dot for easy mounting on the camera.
Protection and comfort in any weather
The neoprene not only provides mechanical protection, but also an insulating function. Especially in cold conditions, a large telephoto lens feels more comfortable in the hand as a result. This makes the cover ideal for longer outdoor sessions when you want to reliably protect your equipment while keeping it ready for use.
Realtree AP Snow for wintry environments
The Realtree AP Snow color variant is ideal for wildlife photographers when you work in snow-covered landscapes, frosty shorelines or bright winter scenery. The pattern supports a discreet appearance in precisely these environments and is particularly well suited for use in the cold season.
Additional accessories recommended by us
- Hoodie in the matching size usefully complements the protection of the front lens during transport, at a hide, and during short changes of location.
- Rain cover is a practical addition for snow, drizzle, and changeable conditions in outdoor use.
- TravelCoats are a strong addition for transport, as they protect against impacts and scratches during transport, are extremely space-saving and ideal for photo trips by plane.
