Leofoto YB-100SP leveling bowl for 100 mm half-ball mounts star knob (short handle)
This leveling bowl can be used with Leofoto Summit tripods that come equipped with a 100 mm video half shell. Once the tripod plate has been removed, the half shell can be inserted instead. The YB-100 video half ball can then be placed into this.
Compatibility with 100 mm half shells
This also works with tripods from other manufacturers, provided they have a 100 mm half shell.
Mounting and alignment via the 3/8" bolt
The appropriate tripod head is simply mounted on the 3/8" bolt on the leveling half ball, and the camera-lens combination can then be aligned easily and conveniently. The tedious alignment via the length of the tripod legs is no longer necessary.
