I personally use the modular flat lens replacement foot CaNiS-S 160 for telephoto lenses from Nikon-Canon-Sony-Sigma OP-160 (160 mm) 2 x QD - CaNiS-S (flat) on my Canon RF 600 4, often on the Flexshooter tripod head or on the monopod, and in special cases for very low-angle shots on this ground tripod.

Since the plate modules can also be used as regular quick-release plates on the native lens feet and I love the strap attachment with the QD anchors, my Canon 200–800 RF is equipped with the lens plate Universal OP-130 (130 mm) with 2 x QD mount OP-130 (130 mm) 2 x QD - without base.

This way I only need a single strap with 2 QD strap anchors to carry my photo equipment over my shoulder.
