FLEXSHOOTER Mini Lever (Silver Edition) with silver anodized lever clamp
Versatile All-Rounder for Photographers
The FLEXSHOOTER Mini Lever (Silver Edition) with a silver anodized lever clamp is the perfect companion for photographers who demand the highest flexibility and stability. Thanks to its innovative ball-in-ball design, it offers versatile applications, whether as a classic ball head, telephoto tilt head with spring balance, or for single-row panoramas. Weighing only 0.499 kg and with a maximum load capacity of 9.5 kg, it is both lightweight and robust.
Functionality of the Ball-in-Ball Design in Detail
The unique ball-in-ball design of the FLEXSHOOTER Mini Lever allows you to precisely align your camera without sagging. The inner ball offers a tilt range of -33°/+33°, while the outer ball covers a range of -90°/+55°. This construction ensures a firm horizon and minimizes parallax errors in panoramic shots.
Use as a Classic Ball Head
As a classic ball head, the FLEXSHOOTER Mini Lever offers high flexibility in positioning your camera. The self-lubricating bearings of the balls allow for smooth and precise adjustments without the need for additional lubricants. The bidirectional lever clamp ensures a secure attachment of the camera.
Use as a Telephoto Tilt Head with Spring Balance
When used as a telephoto tilt head, the built-in spring balance plays to its strengths. Especially with heavy telephoto lenses, such as the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II or the Nikon 300mm f/4E AF-S PF ED VR NIKKOR, the weight is optimally balanced. The tilt and swivel mechanism only functions as intended with the lens mounted.
Use for Single-Row Panoramas
For single-row panoramas, the FLEXSHOOTER Mini Lever offers a 360° panorama axis, enabling smooth and seamless transitions. The firm horizon ensures that your shots remain distortion-free and precise. A spirit level supports the exact leveling of your camera.
Compatibility and Material
The FLEXSHOOTER Mini Lever is compatible with a variety of lenses, including models from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Sigma, Olympus, and Fuji. The 38 mm dovetail cross clamp is Arca-style compatible, allowing easy coupling with corresponding clamping profiles. Made from high-quality aluminum and stainless steel, the silver anodized surface guarantees durability and protection against external influences.
Notes for Optimal Use
Please note that the clamping profiles should be at least 55 mm long and have safety stop screws on the underside of the plate. The locking knob for the tilt should not be tightened too much to ensure optimal clamping. Do not use lubricants for the balls, as they are self-lubricating.

- ATTENTION: locking clamp lever. If the outer ball is not clamped when the lever is in place, pull it out axially and turn it counterclockwise while idling. Re-engage the lever and then turn it clockwise.
- ATTENTION: the 3/8" mounting thread is 8mm long, if screws longer than 8mm are screwed in, the ball will be damaged!
- ATTENTION: the clamping profiles used should be at least 55mm long and preferably also have safety stop screws on the underside of the panel!
- ATTENTION: the return spring of the inner ball is designed for operation with a load, so the tilt and pan mechanism only works as intended when the lens is mounted on the Flexshooter.
- ATTENTION: the tilt locking knob must not be tightened too much! Optimum clamping takes place well before this.
