A special feature is the clever attachment system that the Cuff wrist strap shares with all other Peak Design straps. The system consists of a quick-connector on the actual wrist strap and a sturdy anchor link for attaching it to the respective camera. The anchor link and quick-connector are extremely securely connected, yet can still be detached from each other with one hand. Thanks to this system, you can attach the wrist strap to your camera quickly and easily. Removing it is just as quick and easy. You have countless options for attaching the anchor link to your camera: you can, for example, attach the link to a strap lug, or you can fasten it to the tripod socket using a suitable adapter.

Optimizations for faster locking

A key innovation is the quick-connector, which is 25% flatter. In addition, the new anchor links have angled disks, which makes locking easier. The quick-connector and anchor links are backward compatible with their older counterparts.

Material and workmanship

Ultra-smooth nylon webbing with tight weave, high stability and long durability

In terms of material as well, the new strap surpasses the previous model. The actual strap is made of a new nylon fabric which, thanks to a tighter weave, is even more durable. The material is ultra-smooth, giving the strap a very comfortable feel when worn. There are also reinforced stress points. The quick-connector is made of plastic and metal.

Magnet function as bracelet solution

Woven-in magnet transforms the strap into a discreet bracelet

The wrist strap has a woven-in magnet. Thanks to the magnet you can transform the strap into a discreet bracelet when you are not using it for your camera. You can even move the magnet to adjust its position to the circumference of your wrist.
