ProMediaGear SH1 belt holster mount
Mounting and Material
The PMG SH1 holster can be attached to an existing belt (belt width maximum 5 cm) and is made of sturdy T6061 aluminum.
Use of the PMG Holster Mounting System
This mount allows you to use the PMG holster mounting system. The steel ball is included in the scope of delivery.
Compatibility and Mounting Options
The PMG SH1 system can be mounted on all PMG PB camera plates and with the PMG PASL3 or PMG PAH1. The steel ball can also be screwed directly into a 1/4" UNC thread.
SH1 Mechanism: Adjustment Options
The robust SH1 mechanism can be used in 2 settings:
Mode 1: Lock (Slide-Lock)
1st setting: Slide-Lock (recommended, as it locks the camera in the holster), allows you to insert the camera into the mount. With this setting, the camera cannot be removed without turning the release lever.
Mode 2: Open (Slide-Open)
2nd setting: Slide-Open releases the locking mechanism and keeps the camera loose in the mount, allowing you to pull out the camera at any time.
Steel Ball: Design and Thread
The ball made of hardened steel has a 1/4-20 external thread and a flat top that is compatible with a 5/32 inch hex key for easy installation.
